Sandy Melchiori — Co-Owner, Head Landscape Designer
 Sandy is the heart and soul of Response To Nature. She brings a unique
background and combination of skills, including an expertise in landscape
architecture, her love of gardening, and a colorful artistic flare honed
by years of painting oils and pastels. Sandy volunteers her talents to
the Sisters School Art Program. Expect her designs to respect the local
plant community, provide creative excitement, and integrate her commitment
to family and community.

Angie Snell — Landscape Designer
 Angie wins you over with her enthusiasm and passion for her work plus
her dedicated professionalism. She is motivated by innovative green building
practices, such as rainwater harvesting and permeable hardscape surfaces.
An avid hiker, snowboarder and gardener, Angie draws her inspiration
from Mother Nature. Her focus is client satisfaction, so expect Angie
to listen to your ideas and provide excellent customer service.

- Currently working towards state certification as a Landscape Construction Professional
Bob Frack — Co-Owner, Construction Manager
 Bob is our main man in the field. He oversees the construction side
of the business, and he keeps the landscaping construction team on task
and your project on target. You'll see Bob on-site, communicating
with the crew, keeping you informed of how things are progressing, and
getting your feedback at critical points during the process. When he's
not bidding jobs and running landscaping crews, Bob is busy restoring
classic cars.
Horticulture Associate Degree from Clackamas Community College.

Jose — Construction Foreman
 Jose is currently in charge of several Brasada Ranch landscaping installations.
He is well-respected by his crew and clients for his work ethic and dedication
to accuracy. Jose is bilingual and acts as the perfect liaison between
Spanish-speaking team-members and the local clientele. Jose attends to
the small details that elevate a project from good to great.

Sherry — Office Manager
Sherry is the office organizer who creates order from chaos. She's
our detail-oriented ‘Gitter Done Girl.' But Sherry does much
more than office chores and account management. Sherry knows our business,
inside-out, and has a special knack for tracking people down. Sherry
likes to perform her miracles behind-the-scenes, so don't expect
to see her mug-shot on the website. It might break her cover.
